Band with variable width and length according to the circunference of the pipe, for pipe 16" up to 56" diameters. Made with a Kevlar protection outside and are used for all the process up to 210°C.
The last Kevlar protection can be replace in case of damage.
We produce two different band type:
Narrow Band width ~100mm, used during auto-welding for thermal maintenance, this product allows to be installed between the plastic insulation and the bevels of the pipe.
Band width 300mm long according to the nominal diameter or the pipe from 16" to 56", used normally inside welding tent for heating pre-welding and for shrink sleeve application.
