Cable
Induction Heating Cable without cooling and with water cooling system, this special cable protected with fiberglass is turned around the steel part to be heat, between the steel and the cable is applied a thick fiberglass matt carpet for protect the cable from contact heating.
It's used for heat up to 760°C, according to the max Curie point of the material.
Useful for tee pipe or different geometrical parts
The cable is made in two models:
- Air cooling Induction Heating Cable
The cable doesn't have any cooling system, must be well protected from heating by contact, is not used for very high temperature.
- Water cooling Induction Heating Cable
Inside the cable have a pipe that cool the cable with water, is used for high temperature up to 900°C, is necessary to use a cooling machine connected to the Inverter Machine for refrigeration. |
