ClampShell Coil
Pre-heating devices from 2” to 60” internal diameter vertical opening
Used for pre-heat the joint welded pipe during the phase of anti-corrosion application .
We produce three different models:
- Portable
Hand Portable Clamp, from 2” to 8”, handily opening and closing, the surface width of pre-heating is 140mm.
This model is used for small diameter pipe, the operator carry the machine and handy crimp the pipe.
- Manual
Clamp from 8” to 56” handly opening, operator open and close the lock stick, lifting the coil the ropes fully open the coil for transportation.
This model of coil is used when isn’t possible use hydraulic machine for open and close the coil.
- Hydraulic
Clamp from 8” to 60” hydraulic opening, the coil adopt an hydraulic circuit for open and close the two sides around the pipe, is the most appreciate coil.
It is necessary to use a hydraulic arm or a crane with a spare hydraulic control.
