The inverter machine we make is tested for several years during different hard condition, we tested the machine also in Siberia with a temperature of -35°C
The machine can be used from an input power of 5Kw turning the power control to the minimum value, not always is necessary high power, for example for pipe below 36”, also the customer that don’t have a truck equipped with high power generator can use the inverter with small supply power.

Basic Explanation of Inverter Machine
The machine has 2 different working mode:
Is used by time, the user set the power and the time, every cycle will stop arriving to the set time, is used when the target temperature don’t need to be accurate and when the cycle time is more important. Normally used for shrink sleeve pre-heat work.
Is set the target temperature, using the temperature magnetic sensor attached to the part to be heated, using a complex electronic function the hysteresis cycle is very accurate and the target temperature is accurate
Is possible also use slope function, slope that can be made by time and target, rate per hour °C/h. This mode is used for other heating procedure.
For example one procedure can be, heat to 100°C, maintain for 1hour, increase 50°C per hour per 2 hours, maintain 2 hours and decrease to environment temperature 30°C per hours.

WP70
Basic Model, is an inverter medium frequency nominal power of max 70Kw. The working mode is by time and target temperature, this machine can work from 5Kw of input power to 70Kw according to the supply power.

WP70-C
Cooking model, is the model specify for hardining and cooking, advanced interfae, up to 5 themperature sensor K + one input 4-20mA infrared.
PID function between the sensor for increase the precision of heating
and manetein more stable the temperature during isteresis cycle.
Basic function like the WP70 plus:
