RING
Closed ring coil used for pre-heat the head of the pipe, width 130mm and inner diameter according to the size of the pipe, are sold in couple, and are used in parallel for heat two pipe before welding.
One ring is installed in the last pipe of the line, the second pipe that is going to be welded to the line is positioned near 3mt to the pipeline, the second ring will heat this pipe, when the two side of the two pipe are heated up to near 130°C the rings are removed and another machine called internal align pipe pull the second pipe close to the pipeline aligned and ready to be welded.
Are designed for don’t interfere the steel slide of auto-welding machine
Ring are sold in couple and connected between them with an adjustable wingle-tree up to 7,0 meters long.
From 12" to 60" inner diameter.
